PPL

Course Objectives:


This course serves to provide the required aviation knowledge and flight training to candidates who want to obtain a PPL. Candidates will be taught on PPL ground theory subjects and achieve flight proficiency on a single-engine aircraft.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum GCE ‘A’ Levels, Polytechnic Diploma

- Pass Class II medical standards

COURSE STRUCTURE

- Theoretical and practical training

DURATION

Theory 90 hrs

Practical Training (Min 40 hours)

40-50 hours – Single Engine Aircraft

Minimum 10 hours Solo

- Incipient Stall Warning and Recovery

- Flapless Circuit
- Glide and Precautionary Force Landing

Upon completion of the PPLC, the candidates will possess the mental capacity and abilities listed below:

Demonstrate adequate knowledge on PPL ground theory subjects

Achieve flight proficiency on a single-engine aircraft
